Principals of SunBelt Capital Solutions has been involved in the financing, construction and sale of projects totaling more than $250 million.

Wind Drift Beach Resort – A beachfront, high-rise condominium development in Panama City Beach, Florida. This 165-unit, 23-story building is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Principals of SunBelt Capital Solutions purchased the land, secured all entitlements for construction, managed design and permitting, and sold the entire project to a developer pre-construction.

 

 

MainSail – A beachfront tower and cabana development in the Florida Panhandle city of Destin. This 185-unit complex was built directly on the Gulf of Mexico. One of the principals of SunBelt Capital Solutions was an initial co-developer.

 

 

Tranquil Shores – A residential gated village development in the Florida Panhandle in Seacrest Beach. The subdivision is located on East County Highway 30A across from the beach. Principals of SunBelt Capital Solutions purchased the land, secured the entitlements, developed the site with improvements, and marketed the units.

 

 

Tranquility Condominiums – A residential gated community directly on the beach in Seagrove Beach, Florida. Principals of SunBelt Capital Solutions developed, built, marketed and sold 20 three and four bedroom units all with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.

 

 

Buena Vista Condominiums – An estate property on the Gulf of Mexico in a gated community in Seagrove Beach, Florida. Principals of SunBelt Capital Solutions purchased the land and developed the property, which includes two adjoining, 4,000-square foot living quarters each with a private pool. www.SurfSerenade.com. Emerald Surf – A gated complex in Seagrove Beach, Florida. This high-end development with views of the Gulf of Mexico was built directly on the beach. Principals of SunBelt Capital Solutions developed, marketed and sold the properties.

 

 

Lafayette Hotel – Luxury, five-star hotel in downtown New Orleans. This 45-room, turn-of-the-century hotel is located at 600 St. Charles Avenue at Gerod Street. One of the principals of SunBelt Capital Solutions participated in the initial acquisition, financing and historic restoration of the hotel.
